Every new year starts with resolutions. Eat better. Spend less. Slow down.
And every year, reality shows up with auctions, properties, clipboards, and bowling shoes. So here we are — already moving full speed in Metro Detroit auctions and real estate, and kicking off the year with something that actually matters.
Restaurant Equipment Auction in Shelby Township – Ghost Handcrafted Tacos & Cocktails
Our latest restaurant equipment auction in Shelby Township is live now and ends Monday the 29th.
The Ghost Handcrafted Tacos & Cocktails auction includes a full lineup of commercial kitchen equipment. It’s a great fit for restaurant owners, food trucks, bars, caterers, or anyone expanding a food service operation without paying brand-new prices.
This is a true Metro Detroit restaurant liquidation auction — straightforward bidding, solid equipment, and no nonsense.
We’re also inventorying another restaurant this week, which means another restaurant equipment auction in Metro Detroit will be launching soon.
Chesterfield Township & Macomb County Real Estate Update
On the real estate side, we currently have several opportunities available in Chesterfield Township and Macomb County.
What’s available right now:
One move-in-ready home that’s clean, solid, and ready for someone to unpack and live.
One livable home that needs some projects, perfect for a buyer who isn’t afraid of a little work and wants to build equity.
One residential-zoned property on Gratiot Avenue in Chesterfield Township with strong visibility and long-term potential.
If you’re looking at homes for sale in Macomb County or Chesterfield Township, these are worth a closer look.
Bowling Fundraiser Supporting the Children’s Tumor Foundation
This part hits close to home.
We have a bowling fundraiser coming up in support of the Children’s Tumor Foundation, which funds research toward finding a cure for Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1).
NF1 affects roughly 1 in 3,000 people, and it’s something our family lives with every day — our daughter Olivia has NF1. The Children’s Tumor Foundation supports research, education, and advocacy to improve lives and move closer to a cure.
The night will include bowling, raffles, prizes, laughs, and a cause that actually matters.

Same Energy, Better Purpose
Between auctions, real estate, and community work, 2026 is already busy — and meaningful.
Check back often. There’s always another auction, another property, or another way to get involved.
And if you’re looking for us, we’re probably inventorying a restaurant, walking a property, running an auction, or rolling a bowling ball for a great cause 🎳
